HOW TO GET THERE?

So from Lahug to J.Y Square Mall, there is a road intersection, just turn right to access the Barangay busay road. You will see Marco Polo hotel at the right side less than a kilometer from the road intersection. Same way with riding a van, you will be accessing the same route.

Just never mind the beautiful landscape, cultivated fields and mountain ranges just focus on the road. Remember that the road from busay to transcentral highway is quite difficult due to ups and downs with many twists and curves. As a precaution, just drive with minimal speed and always shift to low gear when the road is going down.
Just the same with the directions above (Travelling on a van), when you see the sign board on the right side of the road having West 35 Eco Mountain Resort written on it, it means that you already there. Turn right and go inside to access the entrance gate. After paying the entrance fee, then you’re done. Enjoy your stay at West 35 Eco Mountain Resort.

There are other routes also that you can take if you want to go to West 35 Eco Mountain Resort: Like if you are from Balamban Cebu Town proper specifically in Baliwagan Poblacion. There is a terminal where van | V-hire and other public utility vehicles load and unload passenger from Balamban to Cebu City vice versa. You can also ride a van in Citilink Cebu Terminal going to Balamban and vice versa. Remember that West 35 Eco Mountain Resort is just along the road and easy to find since there are informative signs on the road.

I gave 7 to West 35 Eco Mountain Resort.

Pros:

The place has good ambience, cool and clean with an overlooking view on Tsuneishi Shipyard
They have approachable and attentive service crews (Haven Cafe Restaurant)
The taste of food is quite good. I like the Sweet Chicken Wings for the dessert and the Mint Lemon Juice for the drink(s)
Clean Restrooms (Haven Cafe Restaurant)

Cons:

Some of the food are quite expensive for budget traveller
Far from Cebu City (35 Kilometers away). But the place is worth the 1 hour travel.
Most visitors should bring their own service vehicles as getting back to Cebu City and or Balamban Town proper would be difficult for those on a budget travel due availability of public transport in the area (No Transport Terminal Nearby). There are motorcycles or locally known as Habal-habal that you can hire but it will cost you another expense. They will charge you about Php 60.00- Php 100.00 per person if you want to go to Balamban Town proper which is 11-13 kilometers away from West 35 Eco Mountain Resort. As I have already mentioned, the road in transcentral highway is quite difficult and accident prone and it will be very uncomfortable if you ride a motorcycle under the heat of the sun | rain | at night. But if you wait patiently, there are Vans that will pass by with less passenger going to Cebu City.
